LionEstate Construction's portfolio includes industrial projects, specifically in the pulp and paper industry, that were managed and overseen by Bal Sandhu, one half of LEC's founding partners.
Mr. Sandhu gained his construction management and business experience by working and living across Canada, Europe and Asia. While holding senior positions such as Project Director, Project Manager, and Project Engineer, Bal acquired the various skills necessary to complete large scale industrial projects, including project viability analysis, construction method selection, complex project scheduling and critical path mapping, cost control and reporting, and financial resource allocation.
