COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

LionEstate Construction's portfolio includes commercial projects that were developed under the management of Anup Loodu, one half of LEC's founding partners.

The commercial projects include the Khalsa Business Center located on 128 St and 84 Avenue in Surrey. The immediate area surrounding the business centre has become the hub for Indo-Canadian retail, manufacturing and distribution businesses.

Mr. Loodu also built, owned and operated the Grand Taj Banquet Hall for five years. At the time of construction, it was the leading banquet facilities in the Fraser Valley.

Mr. Loodu was the sole owner, developer and builder of the business complex located on 152 St and 68 Ave. The complex consist of a Sikh Temple and commercial outlets. He owns the building occupied by the Dukh Niwaran Sahib Sikh Temple at this location while selling off the commercial units.

In 1985, Mr. Loodu established A-1 Truss Ltd., a successful truss manufacturing facility. He owned and operated A-1 Truss until 2019, when he sold it. Under Mr. Loodu's leadership, A-1 Truss was a leading supplier of wood trusses for commercial and residential buildings throughout the Lower Mainland.
