A team is nothing without a capable leader. We lead with respect and determination from the design phase, throughout construction, all the way to project close-out. Not only do we lead from a management perspective, but we encourage all members of all teams to lead up and down the chain of command. We believe that leadership should be redundant and flexible, meaning that if there's a gap in leadership, there's always someone who can step up and fill the role with confidence. Great leaders not only make decisions, but listen to advice from everyone involved.
